Mill Bay Ventures is exploring for gold and other minerals in British Columbia, Canada and Nevada, United States of America. Mill Bay is in the process of negotiations and development of sand and gravel in the Las Vegas area.

The company is currently focused on finding significant mineral deposits in the identified areas and taking development to the level of enhancing shareholder
value. The projects under exploration host the potential for very significant deposits of gold, as they are located in areas with proven deposits and great geologic potential.
The Company is pursing the potential in aggregate deposits near the Las Vegas market area. Mill Bay has secured an interest in one such deposit, the Ivanpah, near Jean, Nevada and is investigating the potential of a second deposit near Henderson. Both deposits are within the delivery area to Las Vegas. See PROJECTS for details.
Mill Bay will consider other projects of merit where the potential for development and diversification meet the requirements of the Board.
