The claims are located near the town of Bralorne in southern British Columbia. Bralorne-Pioneer (www.bralorne.com), which consists of the Bralorne, King and Pioneer mines, is historically one of Western Canada's richest and most productive gold mines. Since its discovery in 1897, this operation has produced 4.1 million ounces of gold, worth some US$1.5 billion at today's gold prices.
The area is reached by travelling from Vancouver through Whistler and Pemberton on Hwy. 99 or through Lillooet. The roads after Pemberton or Lillooet are gravel and caution is advised.
Mill Bay Ventures has reached agreement with Levon Resources Ltd. to option certain mineral claims located in the Lillooet mining division of British Columbia. |

|
The mineral claims (The BRX Claims Claims) consist of 77 reverted
Crown-granted claims and four modified-grid claims (10 units) covering a contiguous area of
approximately 1,068 hectares. Under the terms of the option agreement, the company can acquire a
50-per-cent interest by issuing 100,000 common shares each anniversary of the agreement until 2005,
and incurring $100,000 in exploration expenses on the property on or before each anniversary of the
agreement until 2005.
The Benboe claims are located approximately 18 km./11 miles East of
Bralorne. The Benboe claims consist of 5 reverted Crown grants in the Lilloett Mining, Division.
The nearby Bralorne mine has a history of gold production and there are indications of good vein
structure yet to be mined. The area has become more active since the granting of a Mine Development
Certificate for the Bralorne Gold Mine, and plant construction has been underway since the winter
of 1995-96. Custom milling may be an option for the Benboe Claims.
